Hearts are special map structures that, if you control them by building a city or fort near to them, will COMPLETELY elimate the blight penalties for your entire kingdom. Best of all: Try to find the Heart of the Blight. You can also cast Destruction Adept's Blight Domain, but that one only works on a specific city. Specifically, the Archdruid's One with the Elements and especially the Dreadnought's Supress Nature spell. Use spells that mitigate Blight morale effects. That's basically Goblins, as everyone else dislikes it or worse. Have races that don't mind blight live there. So essentially, unless you want to spend thousands of gold and many turns building and sacrificing Ice Queens, you have to deal with the problem in another way. There are a very few creatures that can change climate by walking on it, such as the Yeti at gold medal, but that is very hard to get and annoying to use. but that changes the land TO blight, so that won't help you.Ĭlimate is supposed to be hard to modify. Destruction Mastery also has a climate changing spell. ![]() Specifically, you need Fire, Earth or Air magic at the Master level, or Creation magic at either the Adept or Master level. Getting the climate spells require you to pick the right specialisation.
